Propely is building an intelligent property management platform that is becoming the daily operating system for an industry ready for digital transformation. Today, more than 10,000 professionals use Propely every month to manage and operate thousands of properties across Norway. Our ambition goes far beyond that: to become the leading global platform for property operations.

We are now looking for a Full Stack Developer who wants to help build and scale that platform.

This is not a maintenance role. You will work on product features used daily by thousands of real estate professionals while helping evolve the architecture that will power the next phase of Propely's growth.

Why this role matters

Build the product real estate professionals rely on daily

You will work on core parts of the Propely platform used by property managers, owners, and operators to run their portfolios. The features you build will directly affect how thousands of properties are operated every day.

Work across the entire stack

From user-facing interfaces to backend services and APIs, you will contribute across the full product. This means working closely with product and design to ship new capabilities quickly and reliably.

Build for real scale

Propely already operates at significant scale. As the platform grows, we need to continuously improve performance, reliability, and architecture to support more properties, users, and integrations.

Join an ambitious team

We are a highly collaborative team with short decision paths, strong trust, and an eNPS above 70. Product, design, and engineering work closely together, and ideas move quickly from concept to production.

You will work with us in person from our office at Epicenter Oslo.

What you will work on

Build product features end-to-end

Design, build, and ship product features used by thousands of real estate professionals.

Improve the platform

Help evolve our architecture, performance, and reliability as the product and user base grows.

Collaborate across product and design

Work closely with product managers and designers to turn ideas into high-quality software quickly.

Contribute to engineering practices

Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD improvements, and help maintain a high standard for code quality.

Explore new technologies

Experiment with new technologies, including AI-driven capabilities that can improve both the product and how we build it.

Work across the entire stack

From user-facing interfaces to backend services and APIs, you will contribute across the full product. Our stack includes React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Google Cloud Platform. This means working closely with product and design to ship new capabilities quickly and reliably.
